State Transportation Board

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the SVMPO, and to the general public, that a potential quorum of the SVMPO Board of Directors and/or the SVMPO Technical Advisory Committee may be present at the State Transportation Board Meeting to be held on January 20, 20223, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The State Transportation Board is open to the public and comments may be shared with the State Transportation Board during the Call to the Public on matters pertaining the State Transportation system. This meeting will be held at the Sierra Vista City Hall located at 1011 N. Coronado Drive.
In addition, a potential quorum may occur at the Welcome Reception being held for attending State Transportation Board members occurring on January 19, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Ethel Berger Center. This is not a public meeting and no public comments will be taken.
A quorum is not expected of either the SVMPO Board or the SVMPO TAC. However, in the event SVMPO Board or TAC members chose to stop in to make public comments to the State Transportation Board, or to greet them at the Welcome Reception at the same time, a quorum could potentially occur.
No Board or TAC action will be taken at the State Transportation Board Meeting or the Welcome Reception. Information about the State Transportation Board can be found on the ADOT website.
